This unique luxurious waterfront home was inspired by the world-renowned hip-hop artist Drake to bring you a one-of-a-kind Miami experience! This modern home has an amazing sense of space, enhanced by an abundance of natural light & open living that is striking in its décor & sleek furnishings.

Villa Drake is an elegant and fun 4,000 sqft, fully renovated home with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, located in the desirable neighborhood of Upper East Side Miami and surrounded by all that Miami has to offer. From the finest beaches to the hottest nightclubs, and restaurants, at Villa Drake you are just minutes away.

Upon arrival at Villa Drake you will find a large driveway where you are able to park up to four cars. When you enter Villa Drake you will be greeted with a welcome basket and refreshments. Our stocked bar and blender are available so that you and your guests can craft countless cocktails upon arrival.

Once you finish your drink, make yourself at home by enjoying our many amenities including insta-worthy mural walls, a modern kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, four parking spots & a fantastic outdoor dining area by the swimming pool & the ocean. You can expect tasteful artwork, high-end linens and towels, comfortable beds, cribs and strollers available upon request, everything you need for a luxurious stay in paradise. We also offer a full concierge service, through which you can book exotic cars, yachts, planes, private chefs and more.

Before You Book, Please Note:

• Self-Check-In: We’ve made things easy with self-check-in starting at 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM. If you’re hoping for an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know—if it’s available, we’d be happy to arrange it for a small fee!
• Grill Propane: Planning to fire up the grill? You’ll need to handle the propane refills, but don’t worry—there are plenty of nearby gas stations to help you out.
• House Rules: To keep things comfy for everyone, please avoid unregistered guests, pets, loud parties, indoor smoking, or illegal substances. Extra guests or pets? Just message us for details on any additional fees.
• Air Mattresses: Need a little extra sleeping space? We can provide an air mattress for a small fee. Just ask us!
• Security: For your peace of mind, we have outdoor cameras running 24/7. No worries inside—the fun stays inside!
• Quiet Hours: Let’s keep the vibe relaxed between 10 PM and 10 AM, so everyone and the neighbors can enjoy a good night’s sleep.
• Damages & Cleaning: Accidents happen! If any damages occur or extra cleaning is needed, there might be some charges. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
• Cleaning Services: We don’t offer complimentary cleaning, but we can arrange it for a fee if you’d like. Just let us know!

Water, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning:

We provide filtered water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-maintained A/C system to keep you cool and comfortable. Our villa has multiple A/C units, which we maintain regularly. To help keep the A/C running smoothly, please remember to close doors behind you. If any issues arise, just let us know as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.

Climate & Bugs:

Miami’s tropical weather is amazing, but it brings warm temperatures and some lively wildlife. We treat the property regularly to keep it pest-free, and we’d appreciate your help by disposing of trash regularly.
