The small recreation park de Stelhoeve is located in the village of Wemeldinge, one of the oldest villages in Zeeland. The centre (about 2 km away) has a marina, beaches and charming shops and restaurant. Naturally, the area is perfect for lovely cycling and walking tours. Cities in the area are certainly worth a visit. Examples are: Goes (ca. 8km.) and Middelburg (ca. 35km.). The holiday park is in a fantastic location. On the one side, forest and meadows, and on the other the Oosterschelde, one of the most popular diving locations. You only have to walk along the dike (via the stairs at the entrance to the park) to enjoy the beautiful view. For the kids there is the family fun park Mini Mundi approx. 35 km away, for a day full of fun. With all of these options in the area, recreation park de Stelhoeve is a perfect location.
