Description

We propose to rent our house during the holidays. You will enjoy a large house of 150m2 facing south without vis-à-vis (except for a room). 4 steps lead to a large terrace with a large table and a barbecue and you enter a large dining room that communicates with the living room. The kitchen (a table and five chairs) is closed and well equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, ... There is also a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will have a small bathroom and three bedrooms (between 15 and 16 m2 each): a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a two person bed. The bedding is recent with the exception of the sofa bed. We can put at your disposal an extra mattress (nine) and an umbrella bed. It is a family home that can accommodate one or two families. You will have all the necessary equipment and games. There is air conditioning on the ground floor. We do not usually use it because the house has thick walls and as often in the south we shut the shutters in the summer.
You enter the property through an automatic gate and you can park several vehicles. The garden is on the other side of the house, protected from view and wind by hedges. The plot is 1,200 m2. In the garden there is a portico with swings and slide, a pool with a solar shower and a toilet. The pool is 8m by 4m. It is well exposed and has a bubble cover to guarantee the temperature of the water. There are five sun loungers and a large hammock. You can also enjoy the pool at night as it has night lighting (in and around the pool).
The village in which the house is located is a small village (1,300 inhabitants) very well located for lovers of hiking and cycling. We also offer several bikes: an adult mountain bike, 2 adult vtc, 2 teen mountain bikes, an 8 year old VTC, a 6 year old VTC and a small wheels bike. In the village, you will find two farmers who sell their products, a goat farm, a honey farm and a small grocery store. For shopping, a supermarket is 10 minutes by car, the bakery 5 minutes.
Nîmes is 15 minutes, Uzès 25, Pont Du Gard 15 minutes, Arles 30 minutes, beaches 50 minutes, Roach 10 minutes (Collias). It is the scrubland close to the Camargue, Provence and the Cevennes.
