- Stay cancellation guarantee for Lockdown = In the event that you have to cancel your stay due to lockdowns issued by governments in the 30 days prior to check-in due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic: national lockdown Italy; local lockdown in Italy concerning the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation); national lockdown of your country of residence; local lockdown in Italy in the Municipality or in the area of residence.

Villa Belkis is located in the charming countryside between Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica in the Itria Valley, a short distance from the renowned towns of Cisternino, Grottaglie and Ceglie Messapica. A new project, with attention to the smallest details, has given life to this residence perfectly integrated in the surrounding environment, created with skilful use of modern materials and ancient techniques, visible in the enchanting vaulted ceilings in pietra viva realised in rooms full of modern details. This place is today a comfortable and relaxing home for a rejuvenating holiday. A modern, bright kitchen with dining area, the point of access to the residence, opens through a large French window to the outdoor living area overlooking the pool that reigns centrally in the park, enhanced by seating areas and a large patio with the outdoor kitchen and a brick barbecue. This magnificent furnished area is ideal for spending convivial outdoor moments. Villa Belkis is strategically located between beaches, historical sites and renowned localities. It is surrounded by numerous tourist attractions: 9 km away is Ostuni, the renowned white town, and about 30 km away are Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello. At the same distance is the magnificent area of Torre Guaceto with its WWF Oasis, a natural paradise for all nature lovers.
Interior:
The property, on just one floor, has its main entrance in the bright kitchen with dining area. This room is connected to an external veranda used as a lounge which, through a large window, becomes a single living area, the ideal place to relax while admiring the pool. From the dining area two sliding doors lead to two double bedrooms (one has a divisible bed), both with ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden. Adjacent to the veranda is access to an independent suite with double bed and bathroom with shower. The room was designed with a small desk with printer, making it a perfect, private work corner. The three rooms are equipped with king-size beds.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by 6000 sq m of Mediterranean vegetation and olive trees. The fenced park of Villa Belkis is planted with aromatic herbs such as laurel and rosemary, while the paths leading to the villa are bordered by lavender. Beyond the entrance is a 5-car parking area, partly shaded by a large canopy with space for two cars. Further on, not far from the entrance to the villa, is a small fully-equipped gazebo while the living area outside the kitchen, featuring a hanging fireplace surrounded by sofas, is ideal for relaxing. A little further on are the pool area and the patio with dining table and a brick-built kitchen with hob, stone sink and large countertop, with an adjacent herb garden and stone barbecue. In a corner of the garden is a small laundry with washing machine and dryer.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The south-facing swimming pool of Villa Belkis runs alongside the living area which is just a few metres away. The rectangular pool, measuring 12 x 5 m with the depth varying from 1 to 1.60 m, is lined in light-blue PVC and has salt sanification, internal and external lighting (rendering it usable in the evening) and three large submerged steps for access to the water. A large waterfall embellishes the tub of blue water. The surrounding sunbathing area is paved in non-slip Albanian stone which highlights the perimeter and is equipped with sunbeds and three umbrellas along one side. On the short side is a large brick sofa furnished with comfortable water-repellent cushions with a cold-water shower next to it. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
