On the top floor, is the 6th bedroom it has a double bed, en-suite shower room, sea views and access to the large furnished roof terrace.
Outside, steps lead down from the street level to the main pool terrace where a stand-alone spa pool and infinity swimming pool can be found, To the side of the main pool are sun loungers and comfy seating. At the side of the villa is a BBQ and alfresco dining table and chairs. There are external stairs leading down to the lower ground floor terrace and plunge pool.
Only a 2 minutes’ walk from the popular Kalkan Beach Park where you will find a cafe, bar, water slide, beach, sunbathing platforms and just a 5 min drive to central Kalkan.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3000 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
