This wee bach is tucked away on a private rear section. The cottage has 1 bedroom (queen bed) and the sleepout has 2 single beds.
Walk down to the Sailing Centre for coffee or enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset over the lake in their bar.
Popular Lions Walk close by. One hour drive to Mt Ruapehu for winter skiing or summer tramping.
The kitchen is freshly painted with new flooring and a new oven.
The bathroom in the cottage has been recently updated
There is an additional bathroom outside with washing machine ( see photos)
There is a heat pump in the cottage, and a heater in the sleepout. The property is fully fenced safe for young children.
There is room to store bikes in the small garage
