Villa Tomeoni is spread over three floors, two of which are above ground. The entrance opens onto a large living room with sofas, leading to a study and a fully equipped kitchen with two cooking areas. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, approximately 23 steps lead to the entirely dedicated sleeping area. The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms, two with king-size beds and bathrooms with showers, one with a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
