Niedernsill is located in the tourist region of the Hohe Tauern National Park, 769 meters above sea level, between Zell am See and Mittersill. Far from the main roads, Niedernsill is surrounded by mountain pastures, superb excursion sites and numerous short and long hikes. In the area you will find several golf courses with different numbers of holes. To access the Kitzbühel ski area and the Zell am See – Kaprun resort and the Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn mountains in winter, you can reach the cable car located in both cases 12 – 15 km away.
