Holiday Apartment Villa Ermione, with a private land of 1000 square meters, is divided into two floors, for a total of 8 beds:

 - On the ground floor there is a large living room, a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, six burners, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower, a utility room and a laundry room with a fireplace for roasts.

 - On the first floor there are 1 double bedroom with cradle and air conditioning, 1 triple with air conditioning, 1 double with third bed and air-conditioned cradle, and 1 small double with bunk bed, served by bathroom with large shower.

Outside the holiday home there is a gazebo with sitting area, a covered dining area set up for 12 people, 2 outdoor solar showers and a large garden with a large parking lot.
