Recently renovated, the villa boasts a large private courtyard with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find a lounge area, a barbecue, and a white vine pergola with dining table, ideal for alfresco meals.
At guests' disposal also a private parking for 2 cars.
Internal Description
Spread over 2 floors, Villa degli Ulivi can accommodate up to 7 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request.
Ground floor: You are welcomed by a lovely living room with double sofa bed and tv. Following is an airy kitchen, equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, and toaster.
A bathroom with shower completes the floor.
First floor: The upper floor houses the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Then you will find a living room with single sofa bed and tv, a bathroom with shower, and a second kitchen (equipped with electric stove and fridge).
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
