This modest and clean duplex lies along the northern shore line of Dona Bay, enjoying the same views and setting as the neighborhood of multi million dollar homes. The views and atmosphere are spectacular being just 50 feet from the water. Enjoy fishing or crabbing on your private dock.
There is no smoking permitted on the property, inside or outside.
Pets may be accepted. Usually limited to one small or medium size dog. Owner reserves right to refuse based on the breed of dog. Please provide breed and weight of dog upon reservation request. Two small dogs is possible.
The carpet and flooring is new and the interior is freshly painted. The views are amazing, the location is perfect, and the duplex is clean and well maintained with a bit of old Florida charm. This upstairs unit is two bedrooms and one bath. The upstairs has it's own private balcony with the most amazing views. It has a king bed and two single beds. Maximum occupancy is four people.
The view of Dona Bay out of the living room, kitchen, and dining room windows is nothing short of spectacular. Mature trees and landscaping accent the breathtaking water view of Dona Bay. The front of the duplex is landscaped with mature trees and shrubs. There is no garage or driveway and parking is shaded under the trees in the grass (with tree roots to navigate while walking) and away from the road. It has an "old Florida" charm while being comfortable and clean. The location is perfect as well with beaches just a mile away and the Interstate just a few miles away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping all close by.
Bringing a boat could be an option to discuss. It would depend on the size and motor type. There is plenty of room for the trailer too. Boats may incur an extra charge. The boat lift is not allowed to be used to lower and raise the boat. You will dock and tie the boat to the posts or cleats to tie off, but cannot use the lift to raise the boat. Please provide the make, model, size and motor type when inquiring.
This duplex is not a luxury home. The bathroom still has 50 year plumbing and bath tile, with a new toilets, vanity (sink and faucet), shower and fixtures . It is maintained as best as possible and has all new hardware (knobs and quality showerheads, etc). There is no dishwasher in the unit. There is no garage. There is a shared laundry room with new washer and dryer on the lower level. Parking is in the front yard in an ample area amongst the trees (again, careful of the tree roots while walking). This is a more basic accommodation with unbelievable views, fantastic location, and Bayfront living with a dock. Mostly everyone loves the Cottage, but it is not for those seeking opulence. It is accurately photographed. My guess is, if you have gotten this far, you will love it. :)
