Its comfortable, elegant atmosphere and close location to all of the best Aruba has to offer combine to ensure that you have the vacation of your dreams! This villa is only 4 minutes from Palm and Eagle Beaches!

Our lovely villa is located in the Heart of Palm Beach with all of its resorts, restaurants, casinos, shopping, and nightlife only a 4-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. Our other favorite beaches are Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach for Snorkeling! They are about a 7-minute drive away. Our neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and family-friendly!

The Villa features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with an "open" floor plan. It also features TVs in every bedroom as well as a 50" SMART Flatscreen TV in the living room. The Villa also features high-speed, password-protected WIFI that is extremely reliable! We have upgraded our Villa to include LUXURY items such as superior bedding and linens, thick luxurious Egyptian cotton towels. The Villa also has a 24/7 monitored security system, along with child locks to prevent little ones from getting to the pool without proper supervision. Cas Di Sono Aruba also has whole home hot water and is fully air-conditioned.

When you enter the backyard, you are in your own personal tropical oasis. We have a saltwater inground pool, a lounge area for sunning, a covered gazebo lounging area to get out of the sun, a BBQ and outdoor eating area, and a private outdoor shower. All pool toys and comfy lounges chairs are provided poolside! Beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for your use! Cribs and rollaway beds are available at an additional cost of $10/Night each.

We also provide, at no additional charge, our 5-Star Concierge Services and can arrange additional housekeeping, Au Pair or Child Care, Private chefs, and Massuse services (these services are at additional cost). We can arrange for groceries for you in the fridge upon your arrival (beer and wine too if needed). We are here to cater to your every need and help make your vacation perfect! Just let us know and we will arrange it!

Our 7-passenger Dodge Grand Caravan is available for a small additional daily fee and includes basic liability insurance and taxes. Roundtrip airport transportation is also included when renting the vehicle with the home.

A rental vehicle is highly recommended. Our complimentary 5-Star Guest Concierge is available to you after booking to help you reserve a vehicle at the best price from one of our local vendors.

This property is managed by Bon Cas Vacation Rentals. You will be welcomed with a personal meet and greet. Our guest concierge is available to you throughout your stay to arrange any special requests you may have. We are also available 24/7 for any emergency situations that may arise

This is an extremely safe and peaceful neighborhood. You can walk to restaurants, shopping, the tourist area, and most importantly beaches! It is a local area, very quaint, small where everyone knows everyone. It is very close to Wacky Wahoo's, Papiamento, Buccaneer, and literally around the corner from Gasparito's Restaurant.

We can provide our vehicle to you at an additional cost, or if needed we can arrange transfers, taxies, or private drivers for your stay.

Our beautiful 7 Passenger Dodge Grand Caravan is available for rent with the Villa. It includes roundtrip airport transportation, basic liability, and unlimited mileage. Price varies between $55-$75/Day (plus tax) depending on the time of year.

75% Remainder Due 60 Days Prior To Arrival
Bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival require full payment.

Cancellations will go into effect as of the date that written notice is received by Bon Casita Vacation Rentals.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations made between 60 – 31 days will forfeit 50% of funds paid and will receive a 50% refund of funds paid. Any cancellations made 30 – 15 days prior will forfeit 75% of any funds paid and will receive a 25% refund of funds paid. Any cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival are not entitled to a refund and will not retain any credit.
A guest has the option to retain their refund with Bon Casita Vacation Rentals as a Guest Credit for use up to 1 (one) year from the original reservation.
All reservations may receive a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of initial booking.
