- Fourth bedroom (2nd floor): queen size bed, garden view, closet and shared bathroom.

Please note that on December 1st, 2024 remodeling work began on the adjacent house.
Workers will be on site for 5 months from 9:00am to 6:00pm and moderate noise is a possibility.
However, both houses are not wall to wall and the noise of the sea helps reduce noise pollution.
If you have any noise disturbance after hours, please let us know so we can find a solution.
- No ilegal drugs or ilegal activities are allowed inside or in common areas of the property.
- No smoking inside the property.
- No unregistered guests are allowed.
- No parties or big gatherings allowed.
- Please keep your neighbors in thought by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 10:00 am.
- We kindly ask you to take care of your key: there is a lost key fee.
- Do not share your key or entry code with unregistered guests.
- Ask for our pet policy before hand.
- Please be mindful of your check-in and check-out time.
- Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment.
- Ensure windows are closed and the door is securely locked when you’re away.
- ENJOY YOUR STAY! The most important rule.
