Lower floor: double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, large living room with smart TV, laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron), WC.
Ground floor: living room with kitchen (refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine) and dining room, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.
All rooms have direct access to the outdoor covered patio with barbecue.
First floor: 3 double bedrooms with private bathroom with bathtub.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 60 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
If a booking is cancelled 60 days or less prior arrival, the full rental amount is not refundable.

A mandatory payment of € 198 to cover accidental damage of the property and/or furnishings (coverage up to € 5.000,00), is due at the time of the balance payment for each reservation.
