Villa Perla Blanca is one of the houses of the Bellavista residencial complex. A gated complex for a relaxed and secure holiday.
VILLA PERLA IS COMPLETELY PAINTED AND NEWLY DECORATED IN DECEMBER 2022. SO PLEASE THE PICTURES ARE NOT ACCURATE ANYMORE. ITS WAY MORE NICER NOW. (we have guests in the villa until 7th of March and then we can make new pictures)
BEDROOM ONE WITH JACUZZI: THE BLACK-WHITE ROOM: This bedroom has 2 single beds, a double jacuzzi (for 2 people), a waterfall shower and a nice build on sink. 2 walls are covered with lava rock. Lavarock increases your willpower, gives courage and makes you strong and persistent.
BEDROOM TWO WITH SUITE FEELING: THE BLUE ROOM: This bedroom has a KING SIZE bed, a wardrobe, a waterfall shower, a build on sink and a lovely mirror with vases.
BEDROOM THREE WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM: This bedroom has a KING SIZE bed, a build in wardrobe, the ensuite bathroom has a double sink, a toilet, and a huge open air walk in shower with waterfall. One wall in the shower is covered in lava rock. Which gives you a calm feeling.
SEPERATE TOILET: Between the Black-White and the Blue room is a seperate toilet, covered with mirrors and a sink.
LIVINGROOM: 2 different open areas: one to lounge and watch television, one to sit and dine. The lounge area has a gray sofa chaise longue, coffeetable, TV with Android tv-box which gives you the possibility to watch English, German, Norwegian, Swedish and Fin TV, also an ap to watch Catch up TV and a whole serie of free to watch DVD's online. The sitting area has a diningtable with 6 chairs and a seperate bar. Fast Fiber connection available through fiber.
KITCHEN: Open plan black shiny kitchen with island in the middle. The kitchen has an induction hob, a build in BBQ grill to cook fresh fish/meat, a microwave and oven. An American fridge. The island has a dishwasher, a sink and 2 stools to sit on.
OUTSIDE AREA: Heated pool with poolcover, square glass table with 8 chairs, 4 sun loungers, double lounge-bed, covered sitting area with 2 sofas and coffee table. 2 low seats to relax and watch the view over the mountains and Femes.
The view from the house over the mountains is stunning.
STORAGEROOM: from outside the house you can enter a storageroom which also has a washingmachine.
For your comfort and convenience we also provide the following

Cleaning items, first toilet paper and kitchen basics are included.
Linen and towels are provided free of charge once a week. With 2 week bookings there will be new linen and towels after 1 week
Pool clean twice a week.
