Residence Zeebrugge is a modern apartment complex, open since 2016. It's located at the edge of Zeebrugge and at just 1.4 km from the nearest beach. The building has six floors and offers 31 different types of modern apartments.
The residence features a number of facilities that your children will certainly enjoy. There's an outdoor swimming pool and children's pool (open from mid-May to mid-September). You'll also find a playground here. There are no other facilities. You won't have to be bored though, because the area offers plenty of possibilities. There is something for everyone.
Zeebrugge is a district of Bruges. It's an authentic fishing town with a wide, large sandy beach. This is a great place to be, without having to stay side by side with the person next to you. In the vibrant new heart of Zeebrugge you'll find various (fish) shops and restaurants, including trendy brasseries on the Zeedijk. Fishing cafe 't Werfje is highly recommended. Of course you shouldn't miss a visit to the pleasant city of Bruges. A walk through the narrow streets of the city centre or a visit to one of the many pleasant outdoor cafes and restaurants is certainly worth it. There are several cycling and hiking routes along centuries-old canals, countless museums, monuments and many architectural highlights. Bruges, with its well-preserved medieval flair and rich culture, might be one of Belgium's most beautiful cities.
Also visit the worldly town of Knokke. This is a fine place to go shopping. The maritime theme park Seafront Maritiem can be found at just a 10-minute walk from Residence Zeebrugge. Here you can learn all about large harbours and fish auctions. There is a pirate playing paradise and a ball pit for the little ones. If the weather is nice, a cruise through the harbour is also recommended. Other possibilities for excursions are: the Serpentarium in Blankenberge (6 km) and Blankenberge Sea Life Center (4.5 km).
Residence Zeebrugge is located outside the centre, directly opposite the (transhipment) harbour. You'll have many possibilities within reach, so it's a great base to discover this part of the Belgian coast.
This modern apartment is located in the Resort Zeebrugge holiday park, 7 km from the popular seaside resort of Knokke, 16 km from the beautiful city of Bruges and 2.5 km from the first fine North Sea beach.
The apartment is located on one of the six floors of the apartment building, which can be reached via a lift. It is fully and comfortably furnished. You enter the apartment via a hall with a bunk bed. Here you'll also find the entrance to the bathroom with a shower and toilet. After that, you will find a room with a double bed. Through a door, you reach the bright living room with a TV. You'll also find the open kitchen with, among other things, a microwave oven and dishwasher. There's also air conditioning to keep you comfortable on hot days.
Outside, you have a balcony with garden furniture at your disposal. The view depends on the location of your apartment. You can park your car (for a fee) at the resort.
