The Space:
Canasana Villa is ideal for a large group of family, friends and wellness retreats. The villa is nestled on 150,000 m2 of almond, fig, orange, olive, carob, and other fruit trees. Its first historical references date back to the 14th century, and it was restored in 2001, respecting its original typology based on sustainable and bioclimatic architecture.

This spectacular property, with six bedrooms in the main villa, countless terraces, and a large private area surrounded by nature with swimming pools and a sports area, is the perfect luxury villa for exclusive stays with family or friends in Ibiza.

The villa has Tourist License No. ETV-2028-E, in addition to being part of the Association of Tourist Houses of Ibiza and Formentera (AVAT).

Bedrooms
The villa bedrooms are spacious, full of history and surrounded by nature. The rooms are decorated in harmony with impressive terraces and balconies with views of the gardens and the valley. They have air conditioning, heating, fan, mirrors, fitted wardrobes in addition to 600 MB fibre optic connection and WIFI. The beds are ideal for rest, with bedding made of soft cotton and natural linen, giving this beautiful Ibizan villa the perfect touch.

Halls & Common Areas
The main villa has two Ibiza-style bedrooms with a fireplace and beautiful views of nature. They have sofas, Smart TV, Sonos stereo system, reading areas, printer, Fibre optic connection 600 MB and WIFI, and a security alarm. It also has a large outdoor sofa in the pool area with views of the gardens and the valley to enjoy the magical summer nights under the stars.

Dining rooms and kitchens
The kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, ovens, freezers and dishwashers. All have osmosis water from their perforated water. The house has indoor and outdoor dining rooms to accommodate large or small groups. The covered dining room in the outside pool area has a kitchenette with crockery, cutlery, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, two bathrooms and a changing room with a shower.

Sports area
The sports area is a spacious and bright space overlooking the valley, perfect for group sports or your workout on holiday. The impressive garden, surrounded by views of the pine-covered mountains, is ideal for retreats or private yoga classes.

The Villa
The South-facing property makes the most of the area's climatic conditions, sun, light, temperature, and prevailing winds, among others, to heat or cool without actively using resources or energy. The property complies with construction standards established by the Passivhaus Institut. Its essential principles are
• excellent thermal insulation (exterior stone walls 60 to 100 cm thick)
• rigorous control of air infiltration
• minimal thermal bridges, carpentry, and glazing of the highest quality (Iroka wood and double glazing).

Ecological agriculture
Traditionally it was an agricultural-livestock farm of 220,000 m2 surrounded by almond, fig, orange, olive, carob, Etc. Currently, the property is reinvigorating the agricultural activity of the farm to maintain the traditional landscape of the Ibiza countryside and obtain new organic products, in addition to the seasonal fruit that the farm currently produces, such as apricots, medlars, oranges, lemons, figs, grapes, persimmons, pomegranates, Etc. Specifically, planting irrigated almond trees, vines, alfalfa, vegetables, and saffron has begun.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the property exclusively for themselves during their stay with us in peace and tranquillity. We have the perfect setup at the villa to enjoy your holidays with us in a great location to be whilst in Ibiza.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and private Neighbourhood. Wooded location, yet in eight minutes, you can be on the beach or in Ibiza town to enjoy the magical island of Ibiza.

Getting Around:
Best to use a rental car or taxi for your local transfers. We will provide directions, coordinates and location once your booking is confirmed.

Other Things to Note:
We would be grateful if you followed the house rules. We have a strict non-smoking policy inside the property. The property has a security alarm system, exterior security cameras, motion detector cameras and sensors, a remote control gate and an audio device. It is not allowed to tamper with these security devices required to protect our guests and property.
