The space
This beautiful property features a spacious master suite with a king bed and direct access to the patio. It also has a large ensuite bathroom with multiple vanity and sink spaces and a large shower. The house also features a unique room equipped with bunk beds to help accommodate all guest types. The other two bedrooms of the house both feature king beds and beautiful views of the Texan Hill Country. These bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom with a double vanity and bathtub/shower.
This listing boasts two large living spaces, the first is in an open space just off the bedroom wing with the dining and kitchen area. And the other is more of a den with a large television, cozy fireplace and Cross Mountain Views!
The dining area seats six and is right next to the kitchen, making for easy serving. The spacious kitchen has a large island with barstool seating, gorgeous countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is a fully stocked kitchen with any tool, utensil or dish you could need. It also features a separate bar area allowing for a designated coffee and drink preparation area. The entire living and dining area features accordion glass doors that fold back to reveal the patio and meld the indoor/outdoor living areas together.
The gym has a full wall of mirrors, free weights, treadmill, stationary bicycle, yoga mats and more. The laundry room has a large sink, an additional fridge/freezer and free use of the washer and dryer.
The outdoor space has a grassy lawn just off the patio that is perfect for ceremonies looking over the Texan Hill Country and Cross Mountain! There is also a tennis court/basketball court and a children's climbing and play area for the little ones!
Guest access
During their stay guests have access to the entirety of the house and the outdoor areas surrounding the house. Other spaces such as fenced areas, fields or other buildings are not available to guests and are clearly marked as such.
