Mile-long and marked hiking and Nordic walking trails in the deep and branched valleys allow the visitor to experience the characteristic Black Forest landscape. Various well-equipped children's playgrounds offer the younger generation fun and variety. Popular destinations: Triberg waterfalls, Europapark Rust, Murmmelsee, Gutach toboggan run or the cities of Strasbourg and Baden-Baden.
Included in the spa tax is the "KONUS Guest Card" which grants free use of the buses and trains in the Black Forest (shown) and free (or discounted) admission to numerous tourist attractions.
