The views from Villa Marros' pool terrace are breathtaking: wide swathes of the deep blue Mediterranean stretching to the romantic silhouette of Dalt Vila, Ibiza's old town, and the rugged slopes of the island of Formetera.
Enjoy these magnificent views from the 10m x 5m saltwater pool, from a sunny poolside lounger, or from the shaded terrace with outdoor dining area, which seats 14 people: Villa Martinet has no shortage of places to relax and enjoy the views.
On the poolside terrace there is a barbecue and summer kitchen. You can also climb the sunny steps through fragrant lavender to an upper terrace close to the main living space. Here there is another outdoor dining space, with seating for 12 people, a relaxed lounge and more beautiful sea views.
Inside, the living areas benefit from a clean and simple style without skimping on high-tech luxuries. The sunny terrace and dining room open directly onto the interior living space, with generous pale sofas that make the most of the sea views. This space is open to the well-equipped kitchen with neutral wood and marble worktops.
On the ground floor there is an additional lounge that opens onto the pool terrace. Here you will find a cosy study with home cinema system. In addition, a small gym.
The cool white walls, polished floors and minimalist style are maintained in the six spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds. The master suite has private access to a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and views of the sea and countryside. In fact, all but one of the bedrooms enjoy stunning sea views.
Please note that this is a quiet residential neighbourhood, with a zero tolerance policy for noise and loud music between the hours of 11pm and 10am. For those travelling with young children, a selection of toys, cots and high chairs can be provided.
Villa Marros is a fabulous villa with stunning sea views, ideally situated to enjoy the delights of Ibiza Town, less than ten minutes drive away. The golden sandy beach of Playa Talamanca is even closer.
