Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. An inviting island bar with three stools, a sizable dining table for six, and a comfortable seating area with a plush couch, two armchairs, and a large smart TV await you, ensuring relaxation and convenience throughout your stay.

The villa offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two double rooms with en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, and a third bedroom furnished with two single beds. Additionally, the main bathroom also features a luxurious walk-in shower for your comfort.

Stepping into the lush gardens, you'll discover a generously sized private pool surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, providing the perfect spot for basking in the sun and unwinding. Outdoor furniture is also available, inviting you to indulge in al fresco dining or simply soak up the tranquil surroundings.

Situated in the Peyia municipality just 11 kilometers north of Paphos, Coral Bay exudes a vibrant atmosphere, set amidst picturesque banana plantations and vineyards. The town's charming main strip, adorned with a plethora of eateries and lively cocktail bars, beckons exploration and promises endless entertainment, making it a favored destination for discerning travelers.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
