There are 2 further bedrooms (1 double /1 single) and 1 bathroom on the main level along with an open plan living space with large sliding glass doors opening out to a balcony overlooking the old Venetian city and bay. In the lounge is an L-shaped sofa and matching stool plus a flat screen Smart TV, a dining table that seats 8 people plus a sleek modern kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer and a full sized oven. To the rear of the house, a large brick-built barbecue and wood burning oven plus a food preparation area is provided making this a very popular place to make an al fresco meal.
