The villa is in the center of Praiano , fresh fully renovated in June 2019 bedrooms suites, baths and installed elevator at the Villa. Located just 30 m from the main square of Praiano, at the Amalfi Coast , luxury vacation and/or wedding/event Villa Li Galli with it’s 8 bedrooms in which suites sleeps total 16 guests, large terraces , Garden and huge pool (18 x 5 mt) with direct 180% sea view and only couple minutes from the beaches.
Surrounded by large terraces with pots of palm trees and flowers, the villa has fantastic views over the sea towards Positano and Capri.
The villa is located in the centre town Praiano , the access to the villa is from the main road by a short flight steps of 67 steps or through a 200 mt slope and 10 steps from the way of the church.
About 150 meters from the villa, a pathway of steps takes you all the way down to the Beach of Praia near the Saracen tower of Praiano. Here you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas and there is also a restaurant and bar. There are two car parking spaces about 100 meters away from the property which, if required, should be booked in advance.
The Villa is located in a perfect location to explore the Amalfi area: 6,5 km to Positano, 8 km to Amalfi, 30 km to Pompei and 70 km to the Naples Airport.
The villa is located at fewest steps to restaurants, bars and main shops. You will find the nearest restaurant at 50 mt, the SITA bus stop for the Amalfi Coast Salerno – Sorrento line is a few meters away and the nearest beach at walking distance.
Villa Accommodation
Main floor: a shady terrace runs all along the floor. All the rooms have wonderful view of the Coast and the sea:
Entrance. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer with ice maker, large oven, microwave and dishwasher, laundry (washing machine can be used only by the staff).
Large living room with sofa and study area facing on the terrace.
Dining room opens on the terrace. The dining room has a large table with glass top, seats 12, the room is decorated with original fragments of columns and Roman remains.
The main floor is furnished with antique furniture, a marble table, a grand piano, sofas and a fireplace.
Lower Level
A 20 steps staircase leads on the lower floor. A long hallway connects 6 queens double rooms, all with en suite bathroom (all with shower) and French doors that open onto the terrace.
All the bedrooms are decorated in a classic style with elegant furnishings. Some of the bedrooms can be made up as twin on request. One bedroom can be connected by a door to a next bedroom, if necessary.
Tower
The access to this annex is through a 25 steps staircase. The apartment consist of 2 double bedrooms. Both share a small bathroom with a shower.
French doors open to a small balcony with a stunning view on the Coast and the Town of Praiano.
Villa has a complete set of facilities including TV and DVD in six bedrooms on the lower floor, TV and stereo in the living room, air conditioning throughout and wifi internet access.
Included in the rate:
- Daily maid service 4h a day 7 days (kitchen and bedrooms)
- all utilities, except for heating of the pool
- 2 sets per person of bath towels
- one set of bed linen per person
- 1 sets of pool towels per person
- heating and air conditioning
- internet WI FI connection is available
- Private swimming pool (open from 8am to 7:30pm)
- Check in procedure and registration for local city tax (2eur per person per night to pay on site)
- Porter service at check in and checkout (different arrivals during the week will be charged as extra)
- Use of the washing machine during the time service of the staff (8.30-12.30)
Extra costs:
- American Breakfast (food and drinks not included) – the cost of 25 euro per person per day
- Maid service extra 25 euro per hour
- Chef service is available with a la carte menu.
- Use of barbecue and pizza oven is on request.
- A laundry service is available on request at 30 euro per washing

Please be advised hatcheck in is from 4:00 to 7:00 pm – check out is until 10:00 am of departure date.
For late arrival, please inform in advance.
For early/late check in/out will be required an extra payment.
Notes:
No smoking villa.
Extra guests are admitted
No parties may be held on the premises without prior written permission from Villa (Praiano - Amalfi coast and Positano) owner, a violation of this term is grounds for immediate termination of the rental.
Pets permitted only via pre-requested permission by property owner.

Salerno, then direction SS163 Amalfi Coast and follow the sign for Praiano
