DISTRIBUTION: The two floors villa CILANDRO offers a lot of comfort. We access the property by an external staircase with direct access to the first floor and the living room. Once inside we find a table with chairs near the kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances. We continue through the living room, cozy and comfortable, with a sofa, armchairs and access to a terrace overlooking the garden with a table and chairs, ideal for breakfast. To our right hand side, we have access to two of the bedrooms: a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with two single beds. On the ground floor there is a dining room and a small kitchen. The dining room has a table and chairs to share meals and sofas with armchairs for a moment of relax. This floor has a distribution similar to the first floor. On this floor we find the 3 remaining bedrooms: two with double beds (one with bathroom with shower) and one with two single beds and bathroom with shower.
OUTSIDE: The villa CILANDRO has a beautiful garden, very shady with the trees that compose it, which represents a haven of peace and freshness during hot days and being very pleasant to enjoy the nights. Upon entering, we will find a covered space to park two cars. In the background we have the barbecue area with outdoor kitchen, with a table and chairs under a pergola. In the garden we will find multiple plants of the region.
