The villas THEA & PETRA are 275 m2 & VILLA ILIOS 60 m2 are build on a 4,000 square land with young olive trees. Villas have particularly large verandas to enjoy the truly breathtaking view.

Thea & Petra are attached to each other and are the ones in front of the pool.
They are build in 3 levels.
Level 1: Petra
Level 2 & 3 : Thea

In more detail:
It accommodates 12 guests (max.14 including the double sofas for young children only (available at extra cost) . Sofas are a bit tight so a male adult would not be comfortable.

Living room: 2 single sofas that can sleep children-1 kid in each one, so 2 children fit there.

5. Bedroom with one double bed & 1 single bed- 3 people

VIlla Ilios: Ilios
Ilios Villa is located 15 meters away in the same property of course.
Views from one Villa to another is not possible as the ground has incline. Therefore it offers privacy.

HOW TO GET THERE:
To Reach Kea from Athens International Airport you must first drive to the port of Lavrio (roughly 30-40min by car) and then take the ferry boat (roughly 50min).
