This restored finca is located in the slightly hilly landscape between Manacor and Porto Cristo near the east coast of Mallorca. From here you have a wide view over the fields and meadows to the sea.
First floor:
The lovingly furnished, single-storey house with 147 m² of living space has three double bedrooms (two with a double bed 150 cm x 190 cm, one with two single beds 90 cm x 190 cm each), a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace. In the living room there are two comfortable sofas and a fireplace that provides warmth even on cooler days. The typical Mallorcan kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
Outdoor area:
The property offers beautiful views in every direction. There is a large covered terrace, a fenced pool area and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower, which can be reached via the terrace. An external staircase leads to a roof terrace with sweeping views as far as the sea.
Finca Can Pasqual Gran, for 6 people, is located slightly above Can Segarut , for 8 people, and Can Pasqual , for 4 people, right next door (separated by a hedge). This means that the three fincas can also be booked for large groups of 18 people.
Pool:
10 m x 4 m, depth: 115 cm - 180 cm, stair access, cleaning with chlorine. For safety reasons, the pool is separated from the terrace by a wooden fence, ideal for families with children.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: More information on tourist tax .
Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning on request (50€/cleaning). The service is to be paid in cash on site.
