Villa kiara is built in two levels
- Ground floor offers an open plan living room with modern kitchen, a twin bedroom and a three piece recently fitted bathroom. It also offers direct access to a garden full of olive, linden and lemon trees and flowers. Under the linden trees there is a sitting area (table with chairs) where you may enjoy your meals and drinks. The garden also offers plenty of room for sun beds.
- The first level offers a spacious westerly facing reception room, with a three-seater and a two-seater sofas (one of which becomes a double bed), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one double room, two singles rooms with balcony, two smart modern bathrooms, large veranda witch gives you the sense of relaxation and the charm of the sea view with the wooden deck and dining table which accommodates up to 7 people.
Tersanas is a small coastal village located 12 km northeast of chania and hidden in a small cove on the west side of Akrotiri. The beach of Tersanas is shaped inside a natural harbour. It is a sandy beach with white fine sand and shallow crystal clear water.
Kalathas is located 3 km from villa Kiara, it is beautiful golden sandy beach with shallow crystal clear water. Opposite Kalathas, there is a small island which you can easily reach by swimming.
Stavros is located 3 km from villa Kiara One characteristic feature of the area is the very steep camel-shaped mountain rising opposite the harbor of Stavros. The mountain is famous, because there were filmed scenes for the film “Zorba the Greek”, where Anthony Quinn danced the famous Sirtaki Dance in the 1964 movie.
Maxerida is 1 km from villa Kiara the bay faces southwest and this is the reason the sea is mostly calm. A stunning little beach with sand and turquoise water is shaped in the center of the bay, surrounded by amazing rocks.
