This charming two bedroom villa is located in the Kishla district of Kalkan, some 30 metres from the small Kishla beach. Here guests can be in the sea in a matter of moments, enjoy the beach restaurant facilities, and use the water taxis that run regularly between the beach and Kalkan Harbour.
The accomodation of this two storey villa comprises of a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, which opens directly onto the pool terrace and garden. Beautifully furnished, this area is spacious and airy, and enjoys views of the mature garden and the sea beyond. There is also a communal w.c. on this floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one double and one twin, both with balconies where guests can soak in the panoramic views. The double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and the twin the use of an adjacent bathroom.
Outdoors is well equipped with ample sunbeds, parasols, dinng area for four and BBQ. The pool dimensions are 7.5 x 5.5 metre and depth is 1.7 metres.
The nearest grocers shop, where guests can buy daily essentials, is some 400 metres away.
There is no public transport to this area and walking into town would be arduous in high season due to the hilly nature of Kalkan. However, there is a water taxi which leaves from nearby and runs to the harbour during the day, plus a reasobaly priced local taxi service.
There are also a few excellent restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa.
