2 bedroom villa Seminyak, boasts a perfect location, as central in Seminyak as you can be, off Jalan Kayu Aya, which is known locally as ‘Eat Street’. Here you will find a wide range of top restaurants including famous names such as Ku De Ta, Ultimo, Rumours, Trattoria, Ginger Moon, Mykonos and Cafe Bali. Situated only a short stroll from the beach, it is so close to enjoy the famous sunsets from the range of beachside bars. The villa has a main building on two floors, with an open living room and kitchen downstairs, and a master bedroom and an extra bedroom upstairs.
The living area consists of comfortable sofas with cushions surrounding a television set, showing over 50 international channels as well as having a DVD player. The close proximity of the dining table makes it possible for guests to enjoy their meal while listening to music and watching TV or movie. The dining table and chair can also make this private dining prestigious. The kitchen area is located on the first floor, in the corner of living room. The kitchen is complete with stove, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, cutlery, chinaware and maxi bar. A hot or cold water dispenser is placed between the kitchen and living space for easy access.
The master bedroom is located in the upper level of the main building overlooking the swimming pool and tropical garden. This room features comfortable king bed, air conditioning, safety deposit box in the wardrobe and an en-suite featuring a bathtub and open shower, making the bathroom environment more natural and elegant. Just opposite the master bedroom is also an air-conditioned extra bedroom with two large single beds making it a very comfortable, particularly for children or teenagers not wishing to share with parents. This room is charged at a small rate based on the number of children occupying..
The deluxe room is the second bedroom it is suitable for two people. Located on the first floor of the villa, it is just across from the gazebo and open dining space. The room features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
