A stunning villa amidst serenity, it is conveniently located at a 15-minute drive from the beaches in the Italian Riviera. The hillside villa is situated on the ground floor and spread across 3 spacious levels. It has five bedrooms and two separate living rooms on two floors and comfortably accommodates a group of 12. Filled with natural light, both these living rooms are extensive and well furnished. The first living room directly opens onto the garden and the other one provides beautiful outside views from the balcony. There are two separate dining areas as well, one of which has a fireplace, a TV and sofas with the dining table set.
For self-catering, there are two kitchens with all the essential utilities like a dishwasher, a cooker, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer. Outside, the terrace and the balcony have nicely set up dining tables and chairs for guests to enjoy open-air dining. The villa also provides a private parking space in a garage and laundry facilities to make the stay convenient. Some indoor and outdoor attractions like a games console, snooker, sauna, sun loungers by the pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi make this retreat an excellent option for families with children.

For those interested in local attractions, the famous Torre di Alassio, the iconic Muretto di Alassio, Grotta della Gallinara, and museums showcasing rich history and culture are within a 15-minute driving radius.
If you are on a vacation with children, visiting the nearby water park at a drive of 20 minutes is a great option. Supermarkets are easily accessible within a 12-minute drive and makes your stay even more convenient.
