Villa Anneuxu is a pleasant Spanish-style property that is perfect for anyone who does not want to hire a car. Located a short distance from shops and restaurants, in the beautiful Cala Blanca complex, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa has a private pool and an excellent shaded barbecue area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The villa is surrounded by a dry stone wall with wooden gates and includes WiFi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a heated pool. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchenware according to the attached inventory, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, keybox, life buoy, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, safe.
The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
