Set in the tranquil and serene Pine Valley area of Rotonda West on the Gulf Coast of Florida, this beautiful villa has a large outdoor lanai area with heated pool and spa and sleeps 6 people. Backing onto a canal and close to golf courses and family beaches it's your perfect retreat. Master suite with access to the pool lanai, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with spa bath, large shower, WC and double sinks. Double bedroom with access to the pool lanai, en suite shower and WC, built in closet. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds and built in closet, window to the side of the property, with adjacent pool shower room with WC and double sinks. Pool shower room has external access also. Den room to the right of the entrance hall with en suite shower and WC. The open plan living area incorporates a formal dining area, a breakfast table, kitchen and large lounge with leather seating. The villa is situated in a tranquil location amidst golf courses and canals but close to several beaches. The large heated pool and spa are wonderful and the spacious lanai ensures outdoor living is very comfortable, with high grade bug screening. Electric pool heat is available at additional cost of $120 USD per week and payable locally to our Manager. Please note that pool heating will only bring the pool temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature of the outside air. As such, depending on the weather, you may still consider the pool too cold despite heating. This service is available on a weekly basis only and must be requested one week prior to arrival. The Villa and the surrounding areas promise an amazing time together for families or couples, with several golf courses and attractive walkways through the golf courses on the doorstep. Cycle hire is available in Englewood. Water activity provisions are numerous. Fishing, kayaking, boat hire, jet-ski hire etc. are all plentiful. Englewood beach is a 20 min drive and is very family friendly. There are restaurants, a play-park, a gift shop and a boardwalk with shower and toilet facilities. It is situated on Manasota Key and there are several more beach access points further along the key. In the other direction is Stump Pass beach an State park. The barrier island Gasparilla, which is also a State Park, is accessed via a causeway, which involves a toll. It takes 25 minutes by car to reach the village of Boca Grande on the island where there are numerous restaurants and boutiques. There are 5 parking areas managed by the State Park offering different access points to the beach on the island, at least one of which offers toilets, a shower and shades with picnic benches. Supermarkets locally are Publix, one at Gulf Cove (towards Port Charlotte) 11 mins drive, one south of Rotonda at Cape Haze (near Gasparilla causeway), which is 14 mins drive, and another at Merchants Crossing (towards Englewood) 18 mins drive. There is also a Walmart, Bealls and others in Englewood. Port Charlotte has a larger shopping mall with all the usual stores, 28 mins drive. The Pine Valley area of Rotonda has the best of both worlds, it is a very peaceful, tranquil and natural environment but amenities and healthcare professionals can be accessed very quickly, in addition to activities to suit everyone and numerous bars and restaurants.
