Very private as there are no neighbours on the sides and it is nearly not overlooked. Very well maintained, WiFi, aircon in all bedrooms, private pool with optional heating before or after summer (from March to October). Quick access to the road to the beach since this is close to a secondary entry of Monte Pego. This is why the villa is perfect to wind down, being at a 10 minute drive from some gorgeous sandy beaches, In Denia and Oliva. Supermarkets and restaurants at 5 minutes in Pego and El Vergel.
All inclusive price: 10% IVA, fair use of electricity (50 Kw/day) and water (800 l/day), sheets, towels, wifi, final cleaning, pool cleaning... The overuse of supplies (60 KW/day and 600 litres/day) will be charged at a 0.5 euro per kWh and 3€ per M3.
