Welcome to 1202 Sea Crest in the beautiful Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island! You and your family will feel right at home when you stay in this two-bedroom, 2nd floor villa that is tastefully decorated with beach décor, light green walls, and tiled floors in the main living area.
As you enter the villa, the foyer opens to the main living area with a nicely updated kitchen with dark granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There are two bench seats at the breakfast bar and more seating available at the rustic wood dining table with bench seating. The cozy living room features a 55" Roku TV, a brown queen sleeper sofa and two matching oversized armchairs making it a perfect space for relaxing after a day at the beach. Just off the living room is a private balcony with two chairs overlooking the beautiful water gardens, pool, and ocean! In the hall closet you will find the full-size washer and dryer.
To the left of the front door is the master bedroom with beautiful hardwood floors and light green walls, a king bed, and a mounted 32" TV. The sliding door opens to a private balcony with a patio love seat and chair that overlooks the water gardens, pool, and ocean. The private master bathroom features a double granite topped vanity, large soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.
On the other side of the foyer is the guest bedroom with hardwood floors, two queen beds, bench seat, and a 22" TV. This bedroom has access to a shared hall bathroom. The bathroom features a double granite vanity, large soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.
The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Sea Crest is one of the premier Hilton Head Island resorts.
***Construction Update***
Exterior Project: A significant and extensive exterior project is scheduled to start on October 7th, 2024, and continue through May 1st, 2025. This project is expected to impact quiet enjoyment, views, parking, and balcony access. If you are considering renting during this time, we encourage you to contact our office for updates regarding the project’s progress.
Lagoon Repairs: Lagoon repairs are currently underway for the foreseeable future. The lagoons have been drained, cleaned, and the liner is being replaced. There is no estimated completion date at this time.
