The space
Theros Villas, inspired by the ancient Greek term for warm weather and later synonymous with summer, embody this essence in every aspect. Each property exudes the spirit of Theros, offering a retreat characterized by the warmth of the sun and the bliss of summer.

Nestled in the charming seaside village of Panormos, Theros Villas offers two newly constructed villas for a tranquil escape. With the beach just a leisurely 750 meters away, guests can easily enjoy sun-kissed shores and refreshing dips in the sea. Perfectly situated within walking distance of all essential amenities, Theros Villas provide an ideal setting for a hassle-free vacation, allowing guests to immerse themselves fully in relaxation without the need for a car.

VILLA 1

Interior Layout
Theros Villa 1 covers 143m² and spans in two levels, offering ample space for up to 6 guests across its 3 bedrooms. Additionally, a 7th guest can be comfortably accommodated on the living room sofa.
On the ground floor, upon entering, guests are welcomed by an open-plan space featuring the living room and kitchen. The seating area offers a comfortable sofa, 50’’ TV and offers easy access to the pool terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, offering all essentials for a self-catered holiday, as well as an adjacent indoor dining table for 6. A full bathroom with a shower cabin is also available on this level.
Ascending to the first floor of the villa reveals three cozy bedrooms, each one equipped with a 32-inch TV, individually controlled air conditioning, an open closet, and access to balconies furnished with inviting seating areas, offering a serene retreat for guests to unwind and enjoy the coastal breeze. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with two single beds and they share a convenient bathroom, complete with a shower cabin and a washer/dryer for added convenience. Additionally, the third bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower cabin.

Exterior
The outdoor area of the villa spans an impressive 92m², featuring a refreshing pool measuring 23m² with a depth of 1.50 meters, perfect for leisurely swims. Guests can relax on comfortable sunbeds shaded by 2 umbrellas or gather in the inviting outdoor seating area, which includes a sofa, two chairs, and a coffee table for relaxation by the pool. For those who enjoy outdoor dining, a charming al fresco dining area with seating for 6 awaits, complete with a convenient gas barbecue for delightful meals under a pergola, providing an idyllic setting for memorable gatherings with your loved ones.

VILLA 2

Interior Layout
Theros Villa 2 is actually consisted of two separate units, offering privacy among your group. Both units cover 146m² in total accommodating 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Additionally, two more guests can be accommodated on the living room sofas, one in each unit.

The first house (85m2) features an open-plan space featuring the living room and kitchen on the ground floor. The seating area offers a comfortable sofa, 43’’ TV and offers easy access to the pool terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, offering all essentials for a self-catered holiday, as well as a breakfast counter for 4. A WC is also available on this level. On the first floor guest can find two bedrooms, which share a full bathroom with a shower cabin and washer/dryer.

The second house (61m2) also features an open-plan space featuring the living room and kitchen on the ground floor. The seating area offers a comfortable sofa, 43’’ TV and offers easy access to a terrace equipped with a seating area. The second kitchen is also fully equipped and offers an indoor round table for 4 guests. On the first floor guest can find one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin and washer/dryer.

All bedrooms are equipped with a 32-inch TV, individually controlled air conditioning, an open closet, and access to balconies furnished with inviting seating areas, offering a serene retreat for guests to unwind and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Exterior
The outdoor area of Theros Villa 2 covers 92m² in total, featuring a refreshing pool measuring 18m² with a depth of 1.50 meters, perfect for leisurely swims, as well as an outdoor shower. Guests can relax on 4 comfortable sunbeds shaded by 2 umbrellas. For those who enjoy outdoor dining, a charming al fresco dining area with seating for 4 awaits, complete with a convenient gas barbecue for delightful meals, providing an idyllic setting for memorable gatherings with your loved ones.

All areas are private. No shared spaces.

- Quality bathroom towels, pool towels, bed linen, covers are provided.
- Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week.
- Pool cleaning every three days. We will always let you know about date and time.
- Baby cot and high chair available upon request.
- Complimentary free Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the Villa.
- Air conditioning units also serve heating purposes.
- All in-house electronics are available, including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, blender, electric stove, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, espresso coffee machine, hair dryers, iron and iron board.

Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.
The number of guest should not exceed the number referred at the rental agreement. We do not hold any responsibility for the extra people.
While all pools are built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization, parents have full responsibility for supervising their children. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the pool or hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. Diving is also prohibited.
