Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. It is spacious (measuring 200sqm), airy, welcoming and well furnished following the Mallorcan tradition yet without forgetting the most modern comforts. The main living area is located on the ground floor. There is a comfortable lounge (with comfy sofas and satellite TV), a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a full self-catering holiday, a large dining area and a family bathroom. The 4 bedrooms are all located on the upper floor, together with 2 further bathrooms. The bedrooms are respectively 2 doubles and 2 twins, for a total of 8 guests, and they are air-conditioned.
Outside, La Plana offers amazing shaded terraces, gardens with lawn and mature trees (measuring 40.000 sqm!), pleasant furnished areas and guaranteed endless relaxation. The private swimming pool measures 8m x 4m (depth 1.25m to 2.15m) and is equipped with sunbeds and parasols for the guests to enjoy.
