The dining room table seats 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.
The living area offers comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV and sliding glass doors that lead to the private patio. The patio area has an outdoor dining table, gas grill and some of the most unobstructed, pristine water views on the island.
The bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd level. At the top of the first flight of stairs you’ll find a guest room with a full bed with twin trundle, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination. The second room on this level is one of two master rooms. This room has a king bed, flat screen TV and a sitting area over looking the Sound. The private bathroom features a large walk-in shower.
