The town of Vence in the Cote d'Azur is a short walk away (200m) from its markets, local produce, antiques, flowers, pottery, and restaurants.
The villa was completely renovated and faces the southwest, enjoying the sun for most of the day. The villa is built in the Nicoise tradition and has an outdoor covered kitchen and dining space. On the second floor there is the master and a double bedroom. The fourth room is a large 60m2 loft with bathroom. The bedrooms are air-conditioned with hardwood floors.
The backyard has a 300 year old olive tree, a lemon tree and a large deck in terra-cotta. The outdoor covered eating area has an equipped kitchen and seating for the whole family. With its wood beams and stones from the Bourgogne area of France it is a charming place for the family to eat and play. The home is child friendly and there are games for children. The pool is secured for very young children with an alarm.
The local bus 400 will bring you here from the airport. From here that bus will take you to Saint-Paul de Vence, Lacolle sur Loup, Cagnes-sur-mer (train station), Saint-Laurent and Nice.
