Villa Sura is a 6-bedroom stylish, modern villa in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, with beautiful views across the bay. It features a swimming pool and jacuzzi (heated on request), a sauna, and a massage/treatment room. It's the perfect retreat for family holidays and girly get-togethers.
There's space for everyone with a variety of social areas, both indoors and out. Guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the top-floor bar and entertainment area.

Ground floor (entry level):
The front door leads into a spacious open plan living area with a large L-shaped sofa and armchair set around a coffee table. A wall mounted flat screen TV is provided. There is also a dining table that seats 8 comfortably and sliding doors give access to the pool terrace.
The well-equipped kitchen has an island fitted with a gas hob and a washing machine, plus a with a lower-level table with 3 bar stools. There is also a dishwasher, fridge freezer, built-in microwave and electric oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and water cooler.
A guest cloakroom can also be found on this level.
First floor:
There are three bedrooms on this floor; two twin bedrooms, each of which have a sliding mechanism allowing the beds to be made into doubles if requested. Both have en-suite shower rooms and a private balcony with 2 chairs and a table with sea views.
The Master bedroom is a four-poster with a dressing area leading to an en-suite shower room. There is also a private balcony with 2 chairs and small table from which to enjoy the sea views.
Second floor and roof terraces:
This floor has a twin bedroom beneath the eaves of the property, which again can be made into a double if preferred. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room and sliding doors lead to the first of the villa’s two roof terraces. This features a large Jacuzzi in which to relax and enjoy the spectacular views across the bay with decking and mattress loungers beside it.
The second terrace is accessed through a door on the landing. This features a bar area which has a flat screen TV and a fireplace. The bar has a sink and drinks fridge as well as bar stools. There is also a sofa set from which to enjoy a sun downer before heading into town. The bar area is surround by glass walls that slide open to access the rest of the roof terrace and there is a remote control to open the roof awning if you wish to enjoy the night sky.
Outside the villa:
The pool terrace has partial sea views with 6 sun loungers spaced around the infinity pool which has a shallow section and integral Jacuzzi. There is also a swing seat, and a comfy sofa set provided. The pool can be heated - extra costs apply; please ask for costs at the time of booking.
Beneath a pergola to the side of the villa, is a built in BBQ that with a food preparation area complete with fridge and sink, a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people and a further seating area.
At the rear of the villa is a changing room.
Separate annex at lower ground level:
Steps from the pool terrace lead down to the sauna and massage suite which has an en-suite shower room. Further steps lead to the final two bedrooms, one a double and one a twin room with a shared shower room, so ideal for a family or older children. The twin room can also be configured as a double if required. As these bedrooms are separately accessed from the main part of the villa, they’re not suitable for young unaccompanied children.
