The villa is ideal for visiting the magnificent Vaucluse region, located just outside Pernes-les-Fontaines, the jewel of the Comtat Venaissin area. This superb modern villa sits in beautiful natural surroundings and is the perfect place to come and recharge your batteries and make the most of all the south of France has to offer. It is located up in the hills and affords a wonderful view.
The Space:
The owners came together to give the villa a real personality, and the outcome is simply stunning. This is anything but your typical bland and impersonal short-term rental property... Throughout, the attention to detail is manifest and clearly designed to guarantee a luxurious stay in the elegant yet comfortable surroundings.
It is a cosy area bathed in light from the large glass doors that open onto the garden. Here, you can host movie nights on the big flat screen TV or use the Wi-Fi, available throughout the house.
On the other side of this area, there is the modern and inviting open kitchen. Enjoy your meals on the beautiful wooden table or out in the garden, as there is a door from the kitchen onto the terrace. Keen to rustle up some tasty regional cuisine? The kitchen is extremely well equipped so go ahead and express all your culinary talent! There’s a dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, grill, hob, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, toaster, and more.
The four beautiful bedrooms can accommodate up to eight guests. The choice of natural colours and high-end bedding are your guarantee of a restful night. Two bedrooms are located upstairs: one is equipped with a super-king-size bed (2m x 2m) and the second with 2 single beds (1m x 2m). There are two other bedrooms on the ground floor, including a master suite with bath and private terrace.
All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with toilet: three of the bathrooms have a large walk-in shower and the fourth bathroom has a bath.
Step through the large glass doors out onto the terrace overlooking the magnificent 4,000 m2 Provençal-style garden. Under the shade of the curved pergola roof, the terrace and its lovely table await you for your outdoor meals
You can also sit out in the armchairs around the round wicker table for aperitifs, a coffee, or simply to sit and read. Its an enchanting setting where whatever you do will be synonymous with “good times”!
Relax there and gaze over the beautiful stepped garden that unfolds in front of the house, the stairs taking you gently down towards the pool and its pergola below. The view is magnificent: nature, nothing but wonderful natural surroundings…
Relax comfortably on the sun loungers after a day spent exploring the Provençal countryside or after a few laps in the refreshing pool. A little away from the terrace, follow the small path to the authentic French bowls pitch between the trees, the perfect place to spend a wonderful afternoon playing petanque.
