This lovely 2 bed 2 bath semi detached villa is located in a great position on the popular resort of Mojon Hills, close to the traditional village of Isla Plana. The villa has an enviable position on the resort, with the lower terrace overlooking the communal pool and stunning sea views from the top terrace. This residential resort has a pretty garden around the pool, with parasols and artificial grass, and the pool is gated and secure for residents use only.
The villa has a small sun terrace with concrete pergola over at the front, with patio set for 4 people and a BBQ. There is a driveway for off street parking and a small garden area around the villa, laid to easy maintenance gravel. The accommodation comprises: living area with sofa bed, TV and DVD, coffee table and TV unit, all in a modern white wood effect. French windows lead from the living area on to the small front terrace.
There is a dining area with seating for 4 people, and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tall fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave and all the other small appliances needed for even the keenest cook. The electric juicer means you can buy the local oranges and chill the freshly squeezed juice, and the kettle, toaster and coffee machine will ensure that you can breakfast like a king!
The archway from the living area leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The twin room has access to the main shower room, whilst the double room has it's own ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
From the rear of the villa, the stairs lead to the upper solarium. Here there is a parasol and base and 4 loungers, so a perfect spot for a little sun worshipping! The views from the solarium are beautiful, with a panoramic view of the whole of the Bay of Mazarrón, from La Azohía to the left, to Puerto de Mazarrón at the end of the bay to the right. However, for the younger members of the family, the sandy beaches of Isla Plana are just a short walk away from the complex, and a larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.
The marina at Puerto de Mazarron is also a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The apartment is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!

Guest registration in Spain is a mandatory requirement for all accommodation establishments. In this case, the Guest Registration Law implies that owners and managers of tourist accommodation must register their guests and send the information to the competent authorities. The new decree (ROYAL DECREE 933/2021) comes into force on December 2, 2024.
