The first double bedroom and a shower room are also conveniently located on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find the second double bedroom, a family bathroom, the master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower room, amazing panoramic sea views and a large semi-covered veranda overlooking the pool and the coast. The villa can comfortably sleep six guests in beds while a seventh person can be accommodated in extra bed or baby cot.

The location is very peaceful yet just a couple of minutes' walk to the best beach in the area the Blue Flag Fig Tree Bay and the Central Protaras strip. The surroundings are excellent and the beach just around the corner is to die for. The villa has got to be one of the very best villas in the whole of the Protaras and Ayia Napa region.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.

For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
