Villa Almas 2 is situated in the hinterland of Split (UNESCO), Dalmatians metropolis, in a small place called Neoric, where you can find yourself some piece and relaxation.
Villa Almas 2 can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
The mansion is surrounded by many Mediterranean plants, trees and flowers, where one can enjoy pleasant stay outside.
In front of the house is a garden where are naturally grown various types of vegetables and seasonal fruits, and in every moment you can enjoy the natural delights from the garden.

Rooms
First floor
Villa has 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor (3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). First double bedroom oriented on the west has a LCD TV, air conditioning, wall safe and a exit to a private balcony looking over the swimming pool.
Second double bedroom is oriented on the east and has an Air conditioning. Third double bedroom is oriented on the east and has an Air conditioning, children's crib, exit to a private balcony and a en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Fourth bedroom is oriented on the west and has two single beds inside. Main bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, bidet, washbasin and toilet and hair dryer and is also on the first floor. Fully equipped large kitchen with fridge and freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, electric stove and everything you need for cooking and dining is here for you to use. Living room with a large sofa with a fireplace is there for your relaxation, LCD TV with Satellite, air conditioning and a closed terrace in the front of the house, where you can enjoy your first coffee in the morning with your family.

Ground floor
On east side of the ground floor there is a Fitness room with the latest equipment for exercise and stretching with LCD TV and an extra bathroom next door with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hair dryer.

On the west side is a heated swimming pool 12 x 5m with Finnish sauna and additional bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, perfect for afternoon tea or to simply sit and relax enjoying the climate full of sunshine with a light breeze, 450 m above sea level.
New in offer is a multi-sport court for playing tennis, basketball, soccer, volleyball and basketball. Sport field is illuminated by floodlights for you to enjoy your activities and during the night. Next to the sport field is a terrain for playing a traditional game in bocce, which is also illuminated.
You can also play some table tennis and children can enjoy jumping in the trampoline, swing on swings or play on the slide. Next to the Villa is a summer barbecue house with dining table, kitchen with fridge and a small toilet with washbasin for you to enjoy and relax.
If you want a little bit of recreation, you can take a bike and explore the place and enjoy nature, culture and convenience of the little place of Neorić.

Neorić is a small settlement in Croatian region of Central Dalmatia. It is situated around 30 km far from town Split. Neorić is part of Municipality Muć. It is located in the hinterland to 450 m above sea level at the foothills of Mount Moseć (843 m above sea level) and not far from the mountains called Svilaja (1508 m above sea level).

Villa Almas 2 is 10 minutes away from the town of Sinj, which is a historically area and has a lot to offer, especially in August. At that time one of the most attractive battles is recreated, celebrating over 300 years since this area was released - Alka. It is a empire of water, fields and stone. Town of Sinj and river Cetina will seduce you with it's rich culture and centuries-old tradition.

Shops, restaurants, bars, travel agencies, gas stations and ATM's can also be found in the nearest town called Sinj which is 12 km away. You can also visit National park Krka which is 65 km away.
