Can Rovei is a wonderful villa, an incredible country house that breathes harmony, tranquility and well-being. This property is located in the heart of Mallorca, between the towns of Inca and Sineu, in a very quiet area, with the permanent presence of the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana and the gentle breeze that comes from the dozens of beaches, accessible to Only 20 minutes by car.
From the first moment, Can Rovei inspires us with his presence and aroma. Its luxurious fragrant gardens, the delicate pool with jacuzzi and the strength of the house built in typical Mallorcan stone, give us a warm welcome. All these elements make Can Rovey a special place, a cozy place, designed to enjoy and encourage the awakening of the senses, which is perceived from the first moment.
Can Rovei has two buildings. The first is a stone construction, located next to the parking lot. It is the leisure area, where you will enjoy for a good part of the day. Here we find a large kitchen and a garden with barbecue. There is also a bathroom with hydromassage shower. A few meters ahead we find the spectacular pool. It is delicate and cozy. The pool is surrounded by lawns and gardens with fruit trees. The pool also has a waterfall and integrated jacuzzi. The atmosphere of this place, the sound of the water flowing in the waterfall, the songs of the birds ... is simply magical.
The magnificent pool area is simply the best place to sunbathe in the hammocks, to feel paradise, enjoy a good breakfast on a sunny day or a magical night in the outdoor dining area. Hammocks, umbrellas, outdoor dining area ... All this will help us to live unforgettable evenings.
The immense garden, adorned with towering palm trees, leads us to the main building: a huge, centennial, typically Mallorcan building, which has been renovated with care and professionalism. There we receive a spectacular second garden and a porch with a large wooden table. From here you access the living room, which is spacious, cozy and warm. There, we also found the sofa area next to the satellite TV and the WIFI zone. A few meters behind we find the interior dining room next to the second kitchen. The first room of the house is located on the ground floor. It is a double bedroom with a special Mallorcan flavor. Outside the room, there is a cozy family bathroom.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there are three other rooms. On the right, the master bedroom, which is a large room with a double bed, air conditioning, overlooking the gardens and an exquisite bathroom with hydromassage shower.
Across the hall is the bedroom with bunk beds and the double room with air conditioning. In total there is room for 6 people. And there we find another bathroom with jacuzzi.
All spaces of the property are open to the outside with windows that lead us again and again to the gardens, the pool, its porches and open areas. That's where you will spend most of your time, enjoying the genuine essence of the Mediterranean in this wonderful villa.
