The open concept floor plan features a spacious living area with a sectional sleeper sofa, twin sleeper chair, Smart TV and two sets of sliding doors leading to the wraparound back deck. Views of the golf course can be seen from the living area, dining area and kitchen.
The completely remodeled kitchen features a large center island, quartz counters, stainless appliances and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your family.
Up the stairs you'll find both bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, golf course views and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.
Just down the hall you'll find the guest bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, as well as a Smart TV. Guests can access the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A powder room is located on the first floor as well for added convenience.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
