As you enter the front door of the villa, you are welcomed into an impressive open plan living and dining room, all of which open out onto the garden area. This large expansive room is light and airy and boasts a large sofa, fireplace and 60'' TV.

Every element of this stunning property is carefully designed to embrace serene garden and sea views and to provide the most comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Also located on the ground floor is a tiled kitchen, fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It's also nice to cook a meal for family and friends overlooking the garden. There is a full laundry room downstairs for guest convenience.

The designer wooden staircase leads to the second floor which features a master bedroom with a private balcony and beautiful sea and garden views. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers serene garden views. There is a second bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower located right next to this second bedroom.

ABOUT THE AREA
A visit here is an ideal opportunity to spend some time outdoors in one of the world's most treasured natural protected geographical areas. The Marine Reserve extends over a perimeter of 14 km of coastline along the eastern part of the Maddalena Peninsula with an area of 2,429 hectares of protected sea.
For all lovers of nature, walking, trekking and mountain biking, there is a splendid 'Sentiero della Maddalena', almost 10 km long.

This can be done on foot or by bicycle. In addition to walking and cycling, the Reserve lends itself very well to scuba diving. Accompanied by licensed guides, divers can explore the sea full of life: snapper, dolphins, whales.

From here you can easily reach the numerous beaches along the south-eastern coast in the direction of Porto Palo di Capopassero, including those of the Vendicari Reserve.

Besides the center of Syracuse and its archaeological park, all the Sicilian Baroque cities are within easy reach: Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo Acreide, Scicli, as well as the reserves of Pantalica and Cavagrande del Cassibile. Heading north in just over an hour you can reach the Etna Park, the Alcantara Gorges and Taormina.
