Nestled on a 1450m² closed ground, the villa boasts a southern orientation, ensuring ample sunlight. Relax on the spacious 100m² terrace, complete with a heated overflow pool (9mx4m), a lounge set, sunbeds, dining table, and a barbecue for your enjoyment.
