You'll walk into a huge 14-seat dining area, leading into the well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you'll desire for your stay: large French door refrigerator with bottom freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. There is a generous supply of kitchenware and dinnerware, as well as for the little ones, and for enjoying refreshments out by the pool. The open plan family room and kitchen allows for great fun dining with family and friends, serving food and drinks and chilling out after soaking up all the fun Central Florida has to offer. Why not also kick back and challenge friends and family to some retro video games on the Nintendo NES? There is a big screen smart TV, big enough for everyone to gather round and with plenty of comfortable seating. The 7 bedrooms are all furnished to excellent quality. They all have wall mounted smart TVs, crisp hotel style white bed linens, and as a huge plus, all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The house provides ample room for your family and friends to enjoy privacy too. There are actually two master bedrooms, one of which is the only bedroom downstairs. Both have ensuite bathrooms with separate showers and bathtubs. Kids will love the two Disney themed bedrooms, bringing the magic to your vacation home. Guests staying in the other bedrooms have use of two other well positioned bathrooms, both with great storage and showers/bathtubs. Note that the half bathroom is situated for ease of use from the pool area. And let's not forget about your very own private pool! Fun times and sunshine await you! If desired, the pool can be heated, which looks out onto a peaceful conservation area. You'll also enjoy winding down and relaxing in the evening with the pool lighting.


Located in Lake Berkley Resort, a gated community, including a clubhouse, communal pool, fitness center, tennis courts, play areas, and three lakes perfect for a leisurely stroll. Fishing is also permitted in the lakes within the resort. All of the onsite facilities are included with your stay. The gate has 24/7 security for your peace of mind. There is a Walmart Supercenter just 1.2 miles away.
