Holiday farm Atilla is a real Achterhoek day laborer home, which has been used as a holiday home for years. This farm has recently been completely renovated to meet the modern requirements of guests. The farm is beautifully situated on the northern edge of Landgoed Zelle within walking distance of the age-old Landhuis.

From the house you can walk straight into the woods.

The comfortably furnished and spacious living room offers enough seating and living space for eight people with a fantastic large fireplace. In addition, there is a very spacious hall with a children's table and chairs where the smaller children can play. Through the patio doors in the living room you immediately have a nice "outdoor feeling". On the terrace you will find a garden furniture, there are also two lovely lazy lounge chairs and a wooden bench to enjoy the sun. There is also a fire pit in the garden where you can enjoy the wonderful warmth of a crackling wood fire all year round, so that your days become longer and the enjoyment even greater!

On the ground floor you have access to two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a separate WC, a spacious well-appointed cozy living room with a gigantic fireplace and a half-open kitchen with all facilities. Of course you have access to WiFi, a TV, radio CD player and there is a cupboard full of games and books!

On the first floor you will find two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower plus a separate toilet. All bedrooms have two single beds that can be put together.

A washing machine and a condenser dryer are available on the ground floor.

In short, a wonderful holiday farm where you can relax in the middle of the Achterhoek nature.

Because there are two bedrooms on the ground floor, and a bathroom and toilet, this property is suitable for guests with reduced mobility, unfortunately it is not well accessible for wheelchair users.
