Welcome to Surya Villa Goa a part of Magia ARR, Salvador Do Mundo, Porvorim, North Goa. This is Villa No 9 and amongst the most premium villa’s available in North Goa for a good holiday, the place is close to Capital Panjim and also the famous beaches of North Goa.

The Ground floor houses spacious drawing dining which is very airy and well lite with German UPVC bay windows and sliding doors on both sides in full glass. The rear of the house has beautiful well maintained lawn of 1200 sq. feet which has a sun umbrella and wrought iron benches for lazing in the sun light.

The kitchen situated on ground floor has stainless steel double sink with hob and granite counter with back splash tiles over worktop and all conventional cooking equipment to cook up a meal or quick snack. You would find things like a full size fridge, micro wave oven, toaster, coffee percolator, four burner gas stove and all hi end crockery and cutlery which is available in any standard five star hotel. The glass ware include regular glasses to wine goblets for an evening of wine tasting. The kitchen also has bar counter and storage for wine and liquor bottles. The dining area comfortably seats 6-10 pax for a meal and also has some space for a bed so that people who cannot walk up the stairs can sleep at ground level itself. The ground floor also has a wash room for ease of use. There is a washing machine available for a quick rinse of clothes to ensure that you take back a clean suitcase.

The drawing room has bright coloured sofa sets which match the Portuguese ambience and Portuguese styled handpicked terrazzo tiles with exposed brick work on walls to go with the traditional theme and also a 54’ Hi Resolution Flat Screen Full HD Television set with a couch seating for easy viewing. Go ahead and connect your phone, media player to the HDMI/Aux port to listen music from your device

The wooden staircase from drawing room leads to the first floor which has 3 beautifully done bedrooms and a small sit out balcony with brass ironmongery for watching and grazing the nature. The bed rooms are self-sufficient with beautiful white linen with satin stripe & done in 300 Thread count, soft duvets feather pillows of hi quality compliment the set up. The easy chairs and baggage fold away racks would be useful for a comfortable living, the furniture is all contemporary to suite a holiday maker. Out of three bedrooms on first floor one has luxury of attached washroom and rest two share a large bathroom. The washrooms are done in vitrified glazed tiles with anti-skid flooring and have best quality soft bath towels and amenities. The ceramic & bath fittings of the bathrooms are hi quality and have ease of use. The large water geysers provide luxury of a hot water shower at temperature required by individual.

The wooden staircase further leads to the second floor which houses a beautiful 40 sq. meter master bed with very large washroom duly complimented by rain shower and double basin as found in a hotel suite. The linen again is hi quality and a king size bed with pocket spring mattress ensures a blissful sleep for the tired holiday maker. Wake up to sun and step into the 100 sq. meter terrace partially covered and partially open so that you could enjoy the shade or the sun as you desire, the sit out is high quality easy chairs with table all weather proof and a swing which you could use for a lazy noon siesta. The view is of the forest in rear and also the back water are visible from the terrace where you could find children playing and some engaging in fishing and enjoying the sun.

All in all the house has been done up in style and like the name “Surya Villa” suggests this is all set up for a good quality holiday where you could enjoy the bliss of being with nature rather than staying at a concrete jungle or hotel. The society has 12 premium villas and you would stay in the Lucky No 9 Villa where you could avail services of housekeeping and also at a small premium ask for a cook to make the special meals. The society is well guarded and has security available 24X7 to attend to your needs with hi quality CCTV surveillance and adequate parking space. The residential space also houses walking track and a large pool with pool deck and landscaped gardens which is available to all residents. Power failures no more mean a black out for Surya Villa Residents as a large UPS ensures power is up in a flash when municipal power is cut off though AC may not work at those times. The Bar Be Que set available on roof top/kitchen at Villa could keep the entire group busy with activity yet ensuring a good meal is cooked up

The Villa would comfortably sleep 8 people in 4 bed rooms and also has provision for few extra beds. Though we would not allow the count to go beyond ten to ensure that there is space available for all members. This is a Premium Villa ideal for family and friends group or large families travelling together. If you are travelling as a smaller family we would surely accommodate you also at a suitable price.
